Debaser Strand is ending January with a great event – with Joel Alme as their guest, he´s going to perform live at the club. With his new album release, they give a nice taste of what his life has been like – from the saddest points in life, to the greatest joys, everybody can feel the lyrics resonating with them.

After Joel Alme switched to Swedish on the album Flyktligan (2015), there was no doubt which language he would sing in. The stories of growing up, working class and addiction reached a new depth despite the love for his English-language classics like A Young Summer’s Youth will never ever die out.

Now he’s back with his sixth album, Mind Your Own Business and I Won’t Mind Mine, an atmospheric and cinematic album that depicts how a man in turmoil looks back on his life in a single day, from morning to morning.

The songs on the new album are reflections on different phases of life and now you have the chance to experience them during two eagerly awaited concert nights at Debaser on 20 and 21 January.
