HENDRIX 80 at Fasching

The Hendrix night has an extra date of 27/11, so you have the opportunity to see Clas Yngström on both Saturday and Sunday!

Clas Yngström and friends pay tribute to the MASTER, who would have turned 80 on 27 November! There will be a combo set and one with a big band, led by organizer/drummer Mats Engström. Clas Yngström and Uffe Åhman are both members of Sky High, a Swedish blues-rock group founded in the autumn of 1978. Since its inception, Sky High has gone through many different guises over the years. Starting out as a pure cover band with most of Jimi Hendrix’s repertoire on the song list via ZZ Top-influenced boogie rock in the mid-eighties, they have found their own style that incorporates a mix of soul, blues and rock.
