Make sushi together with Robert Melin, a well-known cookbook author who has made three cookbooks about sushi. Become a samurai in making your own sushi. During the course you go in depth on how to cook the sushi rice, handle the fish and put together the different sauces. You will also learn how to make nice layouts. The course will be broadcast from the food studio at Ekhagen and you will get a Zoom link you log in with from home.
