Budapest Park Concerts

This August, Budapest Park comes alive once again with one of the city’s most exciting open-air concert seasons. Throughout the month, the venue welcomes beloved Hungarian artists, legendary performers, anniversary celebrations, and spectacular live shows, bringing together several generations of the country’s music scene in an unforgettable summer atmosphere.

What makes Budapest Park truly special is that every concert is more than just a musical performance. The open-air setting, impressive light shows, the energy of thousands of fans, and warm Budapest summer evenings combine to create memorable experiences. Whether you’re looking to relive classic hits, discover new favorites, or celebrate milestone performances, August offers concerts for every generation at the iconic venue on the Pest side of Rákóczi Bridge.

The August lineup opens with two consecutive concerts by BSW on August 6 and 7, featuring a special old-school-inspired production that blends the band’s classic songs with fresh visuals and an impressive stage show.

On August 8, Heaven Street Seven celebrates more than three decades of music, followed on August 9 by Magdi Rúzsa, joined by special guest The Roving Chess Club.

The middle of the month brings even more highlights. On August 13, Hobo presents his performance The Forest Tells Its Story, while Neoton Família takes the stage on August 14 with special guest DJ Dominique. On August 15, the Ganxsta 60 Festival promises an unforgettable night for fans of Hungarian rock and rap.

On August 19, visitors can choose between two exciting events. L.L. Junior celebrates his 30th anniversary with a special concert featuring MISSH, while later that evening the Necc Party marks its 10th anniversary with a nostalgic late-night celebration.

One of the month’s biggest highlights is the Bagossy Brothers Company two-night concert series on August 21–22. The first evening features a unique folk-inspired performance with special guest Góbé, while the second night brings a classic Bagossy concert with TELEHOLD.

The month closes with two more major events. On August 27, Dánielfy performs with special guest KACAJ, followed on August 28 by Wellhello’s anniversary show, #SOHAVÉGETNEMÉRŐS10, featuring Lil Frakk, bringing August to a spectacular finish.
