Autumn family day

The Várkert Bazár warmly welcomes visitors of all ages to a free, all-day family event in the Öntőház Courtyard. The program celebrates the arrival of autumn with music, puppet theatre, concerts, and interactive activities – for children and adults alike.

Program:

10:00–11:00 – Puppet show with Mariann Fabók
The Székely Woman and the Devil is a unique folk-tale puppet theatre performance, in which Mariann Fabók, as storyteller and actress, brings every character to life. In the story, the headstrong Székely woman even manages to outwit the devil himself.

11:00–12:00 – Concert by Vilmos Gryllus
A magical journey on the wings of autumn songs, where the whole family can sing along and be carried away by the music.

16:00–17:00 – Concert by Alma Ensemble
Alma is one of Hungary’s most popular children’s bands, known for beloved songs such as the theme of Bogyó és Babóca. Their world music sound and cheerful tunes are true favorites with audiences of all ages.

All-day activities:

From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, families can enjoy interactive games and playful activities. Children will gather new experiences through fun, while parents can spend an unforgettable day in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
