Peony Fair

At the end of May, flowers take center stage in downtown Budapest. On May 23–24, Plante. is hosting a special Peony Sale, where beautifully fragrant, long-lasting, and visually stunning peonies grown locally will be in the spotlight.

These lush blooms come from the flower fields of Alíz Kardos in Makó, and this season they are especially abundant and vibrant. Visitors can choose from a gorgeous selection of colors—creamy white, porcelain, pastel pink, vivid fuchsia, and coral—perfect for gifting to a loved one or simply treating themselves. Bouquets are available exclusively by pre-order and can be picked up in person at the Plante. shop during the last weekend of May.

Quantities are limited, so early orders are recommended. Pre-orders close at midnight on May 21. Purchasing a bouquet is more than just buying flowers—it’s a chance to take home a piece of spring’s finest, carefully cultivated by a dedicated local grower.

Mini (5 stems): 6,500 HUF
Medium (10 stems): 12,000 HUF
Maxi (20 stems): 21,000 HUF
