This winter, Aurora will continue to focus on fundraising, so on the sixth of December, the organisers are preparing a winter fundraising tournament. As the nights are getting colder, it is especially important to give more attention to our homeless fellow human beings. So, with every cup of tea you buy in Aurora until 15 December, you can support the work of the Street to Home Association.
At this clothes swap, bring your worn-out clothes and swap them or choose from a selection of other chinos. The programme is free, but the organisers are collecting money in a donation box, and they would like to use the proceeds to support the district’s homeless charity. If you’re passionate about charity and caring for others in difficult times, come to Aurora in December!
And to get you in the winter spirit, there’s great mulled wine on the bar!
