Luca Markó’s latest exhibition is entitled “But I’m allergic to flowers”, which you can see between 19 and 23 November at ISBN Book+Gallery. Luca’s series of photographs evoke abstract landscapes. They are micro-worlds of torn, saturated in different materials, torn apart, squashed, frozen, stacked flowers. It is as if we were walking on sweating, tearing, disintegrating planets. A special feature of the exhibition is that the artist’s pictures are made using analogue techniques. If you are curious to see an unusual but all the more thought-provoking exhibition, this is the place to be, as Luca Markó’s paintings can be both wonderful and shocking for the viewer.
Location:42 Baross utca, Budapest, Hungary, 1085.
Date: 19-23 November
