This new wave bar will be a refreshing experience for those who aren’t otherwise big fans of nightlife and bar culture. Located in the centre of Budapest on Akácfa Street, the bar is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm. If you want to be sure, it’s worth booking a table, as the Elysian is set to be very popular, which is no surprise as this cocktail bar has brought a new concept to the capital that is unique in the country. And the key is sustainability, because everything the guys at Elysian bring into the kitchen is processed, consumed and recycled. And the drinks menu is seasonal, so there is no paper version, and it depends on what they can get from the small producers that day, so there is always a surprise on offer, even for returning guests.
