Night of Art Cinemas

The Art Cinema Night will continue its tradition this year and on 19 May you will once again have the opportunity to watch excellent and exciting films from early evening until dawn. Premiere screenings will take place at the Művész, Puskin, Toldi, Kino Café and Tabán cinemas, as well as the return of classics and hit films from a wide range of genres. All of this can be purchased for a single wristband, which will be valid from 18:00 on 19 May until 06:00 on 20 May at all venues.

The legendary cinema marathon will include the premiere of French thriller La nuit du, the return of David Lynch’s Dune, Quentin Tarantino’s Jackie Brown and Martin Scorsese’s music documentary The Last Waltz, among many others. But as well as films to catch before their nationwide release, such as You Will Not Have My Hate and Piggy, hit films such as Moonage Daydream, laughs from Cocaine Bear, thrills for Larry and awe from The Warehouse will also return to the cinephile’s wake.

Wristbands for all venues are now available at the art cinema box office for 4,800 Ft and can also be purchased online while stocks last.
Wristbands purchased online can be collected from the designated collection points in the cinemas from 17:00 on 19 May 2023, the day of the cinema night. The wristband must be redeemed to gain access to the screenings.
