360 Design Budapest

At the beginning of October, you can witness the finest creations of local and regional designers at Bálna. The aim of this year’s event is to connect the past with the future, the online world with reality, with innovative and digital solutions. In addition to the exhibition, the series of programs will include guided tours and round table discussions, and three outstanding figures from the international design scene will visit to enrich the program with interesting presentations.

Design for a week!
October 3-9. 360 Design Budapest will once again move into the iconic Bálna building to present the finest works of local and regional designers.
The event returns with an exciting concept that connects the past with the future, the online world with reality, with innovative and digital solutions.
In addition to presenting the most modern design creations of 2022 in an unusual way, the exhibition awaits those interested with a number of additional programs.
We are pleased to announce that this year 3 outstanding figures from the international design profession will be participating as keynote speakers: on Thursday, the world-famous architect and designer Piero Lissoni will give a presentation, while on Saturday, the design couple Draga Obradovic and Aurel Basedow will share their thoughts with us.
In addition to our featured speakers, the HFDA Academy round table discussions on the following topics will also be held on Saturday within the framework of the strategic cooperation with Art Market:
– Collaboration as the driver of innovation
– Intersections: Art&Design
Of course, not a single day will pass this time without an exclusive guided tour. After last year’s success, Iván Vitáris will be back at the exhibition for an hour, but we will also be joined by the editor-in-chief of ELLE Decoration, Judit Osvárt, and the head of the Design Department of the Museum of Applied Arts, Dr. Judit Horváth.
