International Acrobatic Basketball Cup

September 17 is Hungarian Basketball Day, which couldn’t be celebrated better than with the International Acrobatic Basketball Cup. The event is guaranteed fun not only for the participants, but also for the spectators, as this year teams from Hungary, Slovenia and the USA will clash. The creator of the sport, Ty Cobb, will also visit the all-day program, so it will definitely be worth a visit for sports fans.

Another huge basketball celebration in Budapest on Heroes’ Square! Visiting the event is free, seats are limited.

Ty Cobb, the world’s first acrobatic basketball player, the creator of the sport and the leader of the Bud Light Daredevils, founded in 1983, will also be our guest at the 2022 BuDUNKpest!

Professional acrobasket teams from the USA, Slovenia and Hungary entered this year’s BuDUNKpest. This year’s event will surely bring great excitement, as the USA team took home the trophy from the 2019 competition with a flawless and amazingly high-quality performance, and we are sure that they want the cup for themselves this year as well, but the others will also have a say in this. But BuDUNKpest is not only about that. In addition to the fact that the audience can see breathtaking acrobatic basketball shows, it also means the meeting of a lot of good people who live in different corners of the world, but can meet at this event, where they always create a special atmosphere that the audience can be a part of.
