The exclusive ballet gala is a continuation of a long-standing tradition that was initiated by the National Oncology Institute in Bratislava. The main idea of the event is to raise awareness and support the fight against cancer.
Based on the philosophy that art heals, the first ballet scene brings a unique, stylistically rich program, in which the leading soloists of the SND Ballet and performers from leading European ensembles participate.
Ballet stars from St. Francisco, Vienna, Berlin, London, the Netherlands, and neighboring theaters in Brno and Košice accepted the invitation to this year’s gala.
