Salsa by the Lake

One of Budapest’s most atmospheric summer event series returns to the City Park Boating Lake, bringing together Latin music, dancing and a beautiful waterfront setting. This year, the experience becomes even more special as the dance floor moves onto a stage built above the water, creating a unique backdrop for unforgettable summer evenings.

Each event begins with a beginner-friendly salsa lesson, making it easy for newcomers to join in before the night transforms into a lively salsa party. Throughout the evening, popular salsa and Cuban salsa sets are mixed with bachata, merengue and interactive group dances, all accompanied by resident DJ Dee.

Whether you’re taking your first dance steps or you’re already passionate about Latin rhythms, this open-air event offers a fantastic opportunity to dance under the stars in one of Budapest’s most scenic locations.
