Health Day at the Municipality

To pause, slow down, and do something for your health – that’s exactly what Health Day offers, taking place on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at New Town Hall, Clam-Gallas Palace, and Mariánské Square. The event is open to the public and admission is free.

Throughout the day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, visitors can enjoy a diverse program focused on a healthy lifestyle, prevention, and mental well-being. There will be inspiring lectures and discussions covering topics such as nutrition, mental health, and even the principles of Chinese medicine. The program will also include opportunities for personal consultations with experts and informational stands with useful advice.

Those who prefer a more active approach will also find plenty to enjoy – there will be sessions of yoga, pilates, tai chi, and exercises for seniors. A unique highlight will be a virtual reality experience focused on mental health topics, offering a new perspective on this important issue.

Health Day is not only about information and movement. Inside the New Town Hall, visitors will find a café corner and refreshments, while Mariánské Square will host an experiential painting activity where participants can try creative expression regardless of prior experience. A collective artwork will also be created, open to everyone who wants to take part.

The event is a perfect opportunity to gain inspiration, learn something new, and dedicate time to your well-being – all in the pleasant setting of Prague’s historic city center.
