I Bike Mini

If the full I Bike Budapest ride feels too long for younger kids, I Bike Mini offers a shorter, family-friendly version where you can cycle together in a relaxed setting.

This year’s route starts near the Oktogon and finishes at the City Park Sunbathing Lawn. The distance is حوالي 2.8 km, and participants ride on a separated route with the support of event staff.

You don’t have to join only by bike—scooters and roller skates are also welcome.

Gathering starts from 15:30, with the ride beginning shortly after 16:00, depending on the arrival of the main procession. Organizers will provide some light activities during the waiting time, but bringing your own games or snacks is also a good idea.

The ride ends with a collective bike lift in City Park, one of the most memorable moments of the event.

The event is organized by the Hungarian Cyclists’ Club as part of the I Bike Budapest program.

Volunteers are also welcome to help with the event, with registration available online.
