Thåström

Starting at Fyrishov in Uppsala on January 30, Thåström will embark on a major arena tour next year, ending at Avicii Arena in Stockholm on March 15. Before that, he will release his eleventh album in the fall.

With undiminished vitality, charisma and musical intensity, Thåström manages to become more relevant with each passing year. Today, the contemplations are more intimate, the arrangements more open and the tempo slower, but his almost patented sound retains the same sense of urgent necessity. Which is as good an explanation as any for why he has both managed to retain his old audience and constantly attract new generations of fans.

This fall, Sweden’s most luminescent rock star will release his eleventh solo album and shortly thereafter he will embark on a thirteen-concert tour of Scandinavia, premiering at Fyrishov in Uppsala on January 30 and wrapping up at Avicii Arena in Stockholm on March 15.
