My experience of landing from education to the competitive world in a long break with a lesson. My latest solo evening will reveal the answers, and also whether the buffet was really called Uncle Endre’s.

The first Dumaszínház opened in 2003 in Budapest, in the Godot Café, under the direction of Zoltán Sáfár, Tamás Ardai and Gergely Litkai. Initially, the comedians performed here for a small audience. In addition to the performances, there was a constant search for talent, so the ever-growing company soon made stand-up comedy a popular genre.

The comedians’ shows are currently broadcast on two television channels: RTL Klub’s Showder Klub shows are shown at the Symbol Budapest restaurant, and Comedy Central’s shows are recorded at the Corvin (formerly the Godot) Dumaszínház.
