Day of Markets Budapest

Let’s meet again at one of Budapest’s largest market events, the Markets Day x Downtown Festival, where Erzsébet tér once again transforms into a huge community marketplace.

This is a special occasion when some of Budapest’s most popular community markets come together in one place, offering an exceptionally wide selection of products.

Design, vintage, antique, retro, unique and handmade items, clothing, pieces from local designers and creators, DIY and vintage goods, artisan food products, natural cosmetics, delicacies from Hungarian producers, baby and kids accessories, toys, as well as eco-friendly and zero waste alternatives can all be found here.

The market is family- and dog-friendly, and entry is free.

The main goal of Markets Day is to strengthen community connections, support local producers and small businesses, and promote conscious and sustainable shopping. Special attention is also given to high-quality products made by people with disabilities, helping them gain the visibility they deserve.
