Do you want to participate in the most anticipated fitness event full of inspiration and motivation?

Join us at the unique III Fitness Marathon Forma na lata® SHOW for Krakow in Forma, which takes place only once a year!

On April 27, 2024, we invite you to the sports event III Fitness Marathon for beginners and intermediate training! On this day we will meet live at TAURON Arena Krakow Little Hall.

It will be a great opportunity to motivate each other to physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. We invite all fitness maniacs, as well as people who are just looking to start their adventure with training, to a variety of fitness classes!

We are planning three energetic workouts that you will love from the first exercise: BOOT CAMP FITNESS – will let you break your barriers, burn a huge amount of calories and pour out hectoliters of sweat. Boot camp is a type of endurance training that strengthens the entire body by affecting different parts of the muscles. This form of training, very popular in the United States, is just beginning to develop in Poland. Strong Nation® – functional training, strength and cardio combined with elements of karate combat shouting to perfectly synchronized music. The big advantage of Strong Nation® training is that the only weight used during the class is your own body weight.
Pilates – will positively affect your mood after a marathon, stretch your muscles, allow you to work on your breathing. It will relieve tension and improve recovery after an intense workout. During the marathon there will be an opportunity for VIP ticket holders – to benefit from body composition analysis with a clinical nutritionist and consultation with a physiotherapist.

10:00-10:45 Registration of participants

11:00 Official start of BOOT CAMP FITNESS Workout with Dominika Waksmundzka

12:15-12:30 Break

12:30-13:30 Strong Nation® Dominika Waksmundzka

13:30-13:45 Break

13:45-14:30 Pilates & Stretch Kinga Gromek

14:30 End of marathon During this FITNESS MARATON you will burn about 2000 thousand calories!
