🎶Concerts by Frederic Chopin, Henryk Wieniawski and Wojciech Kilar, little-known works by Jozef Kozlowski, the most beautiful polonaises of the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries and songs to words by Adam Mickiewicz – that’s 𝟏𝟖 in a nutshell. 𝐞𝐝𝐲𝐜𝐣𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐮 𝐌𝐮𝐳𝐲𝐤𝐢 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐣. There will be no shortage of musical discoveries, including the forgotten songwriting of Krakow-bound Jerzy Gablenz, as well as the latest compositions – by Zygmunt Krauze, Paweł Mykietyn and Krzysztof Słowiński. And all this in masterful performances!

🎹 This year’s stars include. phenomenal violinist Miranda Liu, bass-baritone Krzysztof Szumanski Szumanski / Dimkovic who performs on many European stages, acclaimed tenor Wojciech Parchem, the Sinfonietta Cracovia orchestra under the baton of Katarzyna Tomala-Jedynak, charismatic accordionist Maciej Frąckiewicz – classical accordion, and for the finale the outstanding Japanese pianist 反田恭平 Kyohei Sorita, winner of the second prize of the 18th Chopin Competition.
