Are you a lover of the most popular Italian food, pizza? And would you like to improve in its preparation? If you answered yes to both questions, this is the right event for you! The course consists of 4 meetings / classes, which take place between 7.00pm – 10.00pm. Participants will work in a single workstation equipped with all the necessary equipment. Cost of the course per person € 244 for the 4 meetings. Included in the price: an apron with the school logo, the recipe book, a pen, certificate of participation in the course.

Theory on the nature of the products used in pizzerias, on flours, hydration, dough, yeasts and leavening. Theory on pan pizza. Doughs and leavening.
