Mrs. Eve’s lounge

Mrs. Eve’s lounge… with pepper. What an operetta! “A lady to be, oh, a lady to be!” We would like to invite you to a series of meetings with operetta, led by the excellent soprano Ewa Warta-Śmietana. Within the framework of the “Lounge…”, the invited guests will fill the evening with arias and duets, which in their content will correspond to the titles of individual episodes.

“A lady to be, ah, a lady to be!” – during this concert we will answer the question of who it is and what it means for us to call a woman a “lady”. We will talk about refined women, respectful and humorous women, the Camellia Lady, the Iron Lady, the White Lady, the Class Lady, the Spade Lady… The roles of operetta ladies and amantines will be played by the performers of this evening – sopranos Edyta Piasecka and Paulina Glinka accompanied by Olga Tsymbaluk.

The program will include humorous and lyrical pieces, which will be attractive to both seniors and the youth of today. The entire meeting will be accompanied by reflections on the operetta scene and mass culture. There will also be a humorous commentary by host Ewa Warty-Śmietana.
