Couples Yoga

On Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 3:30 to 4:30 PM in Budapest, at the cozy practice space of Jóga7 Studio in District XVI, a Valentine’s Day partner yoga session will take place, focusing on connection through movement.

This class is not only for romantic couples. It is open to any form of relationship where attention, trust and shared presence matter. The practice is not about performance, technique or expectations, but about creating a safe and supportive space where two people can attune to each other.

The session works with simple, progressive partner movements that:

support attunement between partners

deepen body awareness and sensory perception

allow space for quiet presence

encourage slowing down together

All movements are offered as invitations, not requirements. Participants are encouraged to stay with what feels comfortable in the moment. No prior yoga experience is needed; guidance is gentle and continuous throughout the class.

This class does not aim to teach, but to accompany participants. It creates space for connection, attention and shared experience — quietly and naturally.

Places are limited, and advance registration is required. Only one person needs to register per pair.
