A medieval festival for families, young people and enthusiasts. Culture, relaxation, entertainment, craft and swordsmanship in one place.
The 5th edition of the one-day historical festival for families and lovers of the Middle Ages will take place on 21.3.2026 in the Karlova Ves Culture Centre and the adjacent park.
Program of previous years:
10:00 a.m. – About a monstrously beautiful princess
🎭 Children’s theatre performance by Féder Teáter (on the stage in the park).
11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Pressbuhurt Knights Tournament
⚔️ Lightweight duel, heavyweight duel, trios duel (in the interior of the Karlovy Vary Cultural Centre).
12:00 pm. Renaissance in a whirl of dance
💃 Renaissance fashion demonstrations with a dance school (at the Rodina fountain). Enchantment with Talostan the magician 🔮 Fun magic program for all ages (on the stage in the park).
14:00 Treasure Behind the Dragon Mountain
🤹♀️ Juggling fairy tale interactive program from the workshop of CirKus-Kus for children 6y – 15y (on the stage in the park).
15:30 hrs. Concert of historical music Musica Ursusica
🎵 Musical performance composed of songs from the medieval and renaissance periods, featuring various instruments such as violins, pipes, bouzouki, drums and percussion (on the stage in the little park).
⚜️ Period stalls with craft demonstrations, historical attractions for children, medieval cuisine and much more (in the park).
