This retreat is for women and men who want to slow down for a moment, switch off their minds, and breathe again—to find the balance that everyday life often takes away.

Seven nights in paradise await you – in a place where yoga, the sea, peace, and freedom come together.

A small, intimate group (max. 12 participants) will create a safe space for relaxation, friendship, and rebirth of energy.

YOGA – more than just movement

What can you expect?

– Every day, you can look forward to two yoga lessons led by Peťka in the YOGAYN style, which teaches you to feel.

– In the morning, you will get moving to the rhythm of gentle Flow – an energizing practice that awakens the body and mind.

– In the evening, you will immerse yourself in relaxing techniques, breathing, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, which will help you completely switch off and return to yourself.

– In addition to physical practice, we will also focus on conscious breathing – you will learn various breathing techniques (pranayama) that promote concentration, relaxation, and balance of the nervous system. You can then easily transfer these techniques into your everyday life – whenever you need to find peace or energy.

This retreat is open to all levels of practice – even those who are just getting acquainted with yoga. Each lesson is led in such a way that both experienced yogis and complete beginners can find their pace, deepen their body awareness, and leave with a feeling of lightness.

This retreat is not about performance – it is about flow, acceptance, and discovering inner peace. Each participant will take away something different: a new perspective, the courage to change, inner peace, or just the feeling that “I can finally breathe.”

Daily schedule

Morning yoga – gentle awakening of body and mind at sunrise

Breakfast – fresh fruit, smoothies, local delicacies

Free time/excursions – snorkeling, swimming with turtles, manta rays, or nurse sharks, sandbanks, walks around the island

Evening yoga or Yoga Nidra – relaxation, breathing, meditation

Sunset gatherings, women’s circle, rituals of gratitude and silence

Accommodation

Each villa has its own sun loungers and access to a private bikini beach where the sea gently laps the white sands.

The price includes half board (breakfast and dinner) in the hotel restaurant, where you can enjoy fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and local specialties.

Drinks are provided throughout your stay.

We know the hotel personally and have visited it – we have a friendly relationship with the owner, which makes you feel at home here.

In addition to relaxation, there are also a wide range of optional excursions available – swimming with manta rays, snorkeling on the reefs, or watching the sunset on a boat.

About the instructor Peťka

Petra is an intuitive yoga instructor with RYT 200 certification who teaches Ashtanga & Flow styles.

Her approach is calm, feminine, and authentic—yoga as a path to balance, not performance.

After years of traveling and teaching in Bali, Slovakia, and by the ocean, she created the YOGAYN brand, which combines movement, breath, and inner peace.

She awaits you in the Maldives with an open heart – ready to guide you through yoga, but also on your journey to yourself.
