Eva Ayllón, the acclaimed master of Landó, comes to Konserthuset in Stockholm on August 7 for a highly anticipated concert.

Eva Ayllón, one of Peru’s most celebrated and beloved artists, carries with her the country’s rich musical heritage. From a young age, she began her musical journey by participating in school competitions, and later went on to conquer stages on TV and radio. Ayllón weaves together indigenous Peruvian, West African and Spanish influences in a unique style called Musica Criolla.

She has been particularly recognized for her performances in the distinct Afro-Peruvian music and dance genres of Landó and Festejo. With over 20 album releases and constant international tours, Eva Ayllón continues to be an icon in the music world.

Striving to make her music relevant to today’s listeners and bring different generations together, Ayllón and her musicians take great creative liberties. A concert with her is always a magical experience and a journey through musical worlds.
