Welcome to the most well-known park in Stockholm – Kungsträdgården! The park beloved by all thanks to it´s rich historical background but more so because of the sakura trees that paint the most beautiful scenery over this park.
The area is open for everybody and is open all year around. Kungsträdgården is a great place for relaxing beneath the trees, enjoying good coffee with friends or family or having a picnic near multiple fountains. During winter, the park becomes a beloved ice skating zone while in summer, the park is known to host lots of various events – from cultural activities, sports to festivals and concerts.
The park is located in the central part of Stockholm which was significantly marked by it´s historical background. Previously a baroque garden, Kungsträdgården was transformed into a natural park with multiple large lawns and eventually modernized into it´s current state.
