Spring is here and with it Skansen’s gardening days that start the first weekend in May. Welcome to Skogaholm Manor and the surrounding area for inspiration, knowledge and enjoyment for the upcoming gardening season!

– Cuttings swap – bring your own cuttings and swap with other growers!

– Nature crafts for children – make your own pot, make a seed bomb and try planting potatoes!
– Flower exhibition in Skogaholm manor house
– Meet colonists at the allotment gardens from the 1920s and 1940s.
– Try your hand at carving, tying knots and building bark boats with Skansen’s village team.
– Learn about the history of tobacco growing at the Snuff and Match Museum.
