Paddling on Saint Lucia Day

If you are in love with paddling, then be sure to join fellow sport enthusiast in the paddling on Saint Lucia! Be sure to bring warm clothes and some light source because you are in for an evening trip through Stockholm and you can be sure that evening in Stockholm is very charming.

Luciapaddling Sunday 10/12 where everyone is welcome.

We start from Örnsbergskanotklubb in Gröndal. Come by land or by water. At 18:00 we glide out of the bay.

There is parking, toilets and changing facilities. We offer grilled sausage before we glide away. And mulled wine when we get back.
Or maybe both 😉

The idea is a social paddle where everyone is welcome, join us and discover how lovely and beautiful it is out on the water on a dark evening.

The goal is for everyone to come out and see the City Hall reflected in the Riddarfjärden and for us to do Stockholm’s finest Lucia procession with gathering and singing at the City Hall. There is a part of the exhibition Nobel week lights which our Lucia procession will be a living part of.

Dry suits and lighting are highly recommended.

You bring your own kayak and equipment.
