PRIDE PARADE

Amazing weekend awaits us with the upcomming Pride Festival! You´re all welcome to take part in this great event that serves to alert society that we all deserve the right to be who we want to be.

The Pride Parade in Stockholm is the largest Pride parade in Scandinavia with tens of thousands of participants and a huge crowd along the parade route. It is a joyful and colorful manifestation of love for human rights and a demonstration of everyone’s right to love and be who they want.

This year’s theme is also Celebrate Diversity. Use the theme creatively and freely. Let it permeate the whole parade in 2023!

The parade takes place on Saturday, August 5 at 13:00. The start will be on Norr Mälarstrand and then wind its way through our beautiful capital city along the 4.5 km long route to Östermalm IP. The parade route usually takes about 2 hours to walk.

Stadshuset – Hantverkargatan – Stadshusbron – Tegelbacken – around Rödbodtorget – Vasagatan – Kungsgatan – Sturegatan – Lidingövägen – Östermalms IP.
