Finally, we have the great pleasure of welcoming you back to Stockholm’s Culture Festival, the city’s largest cultural festival with free admission. This year’s festival takes place August 17-21 and is packed with crackling cultural experiences from all corners of the world. For five days in August, there will be concerts, activities and a wonderful festival hangout in six festival areas: Sergels torg, Kungsträdgården, Karl XII: s torg, Skeppsbron, Norrbro and Gustav Adolfs torg. Among this year’s many exciting news, we can tell you that the family program is moving to Kungsträdgården. The festival also develops its food offerings by dedicating an entire area in Norrbro to food and drink. Everything at Kulturfestivalen has free admission with the exception of “walks” – guided city walks with a variety of themes that cost SEK 30 each.
