In the heart of Rome, Villa Borghese offers a break from the city among tree-lined avenues, gardens, fountains and panoramic views. The vast park is also home to important cultural attractions, including the Borghese Gallery and the Pietro Canonica Museum, making it possible to combine a walk in nature with art and history. The estate once belonged to the Borghese family before becoming a public park in the early 20th century. We chose it because it is an easy way to experience a quieter side of Rome without leaving the city centre.
