Videocittà is back, the festival that explores the most advanced forms of audiovisuals, to map the multiple gazes on today’s world and build the imaginaries of the future. The 2022 edition will present for the first time a surprising multimedia and immersive installation that will reinterpret the architecture of the symbolic monument of the Ostiense district and ‘modern’ Rome, the Gazometro. The work, signed by the multidisciplinary studio *fuse and entitled ‘Luna Somnium’, is a sphere suspended inside with a diameter of 20 m, projected on 360°, visible from a large part of the urban area. Between amazing installations, live, video art, virtual reality, nft, educational and popular talks and initiatives dedicated to children, a five-day immersive experience in the company of artists, creators, makers and digital leaders.
