Fish & Wine Rome

July 4 sees the launch of the new edition of Eataly Roma’s Fish & Wine, the event that brings the flavour and aromas of the sea to the table, in the Pizza & Cucina restaurant in the large Ostiense store. There will be many events on the calendar from 4 July to 11 September to experience the summer in the name of taste at Eataly Roma.

Throughout the summer, eating at Eataly will be like travelling ideally along the coasts of Italy, discovering the traditions, flavours and nuances of the Italian seaside regions with many new fish dishes, paired with wines from some of the most important wineries in each region. In detail, there will be 10 coastal regions to which the same number of tasting menus will be dedicated.

You will navigate between regional specialities, seafood dishes and quality wines
On the occasion of Fish & Wine, the restaurant Pizza & Cucina will enrich its offerings with many novelties. Starting on 4 July, each week a seafood region will be celebrated with a three-course tasting menu at a special price, paired with a wine from the region. All dishes can also be purchased individually. It starts with Sicily from 4 to 10 July, followed by Apulia from 11 to 17 July, followed by Calabria from 18 to 24 July, Lazio from 25 to 31 July, Sardinia from 1 to 7 August, Abruzzo from 8 to 14 August, Tuscany from 16 to 21 August, Campania from 22 to 28 August, Emilia-Romagna from 29 August to 4 September, and Marche from 5 to 11 September.

In addition to the regional menus that will be offered each week, there will also be a calendar of events with guests that will see restaurateurs from the city prepare special dishes.
