Four dates, four artisans, four courses. Our Christmas with the artisans is an opportunity to discover their secrets to use in preparing a very special Christmas dinner.
A series of workshops to rediscover the taste and charm of traditional dishes together with Martino Bellincampi, the Michelis Family, the Savigni Family and Günther Rohregger.
Wednesday, December 1 at 6.30 pm | The starter
Appointment with Martino Bellincampi in the Il Fritto shop to prepare the Gran fritto di Natale (Great Christmas fried food): artichokes, seasonal vegetables, apple and salt cod.
Friday, December 10 at 6.30 pm | The First
An appointment at the Michelis family’s fresh pasta workshop to prepare plin, tajarin and tortellini.
Wednesday, December 15 at 6.30 pm | The second
Appointment in the shop La carne e i salumi with the Savigni family to prepare meatloaf and roast meat.
Monday, December 20 at 6.30 pm | The dessert
Appointment in the Spazio Fare with Günther Rohregger from the Il Gelato workshop to prepare traditional Christmas biscuits.
The event is open to young and old. All appointments are followed by small tastings, they are free upon registration by sending an e-mail to info.roma@mercatocentrale.it.
