From September 23 to 26, the streets of the Roman part of Garbatella will be transformed into a huge open-air restaurant. Also this year GARBATELLA TTS Street Food, the funniest street food festival in Italy, returns to Piazza Sant’Eurosia and via delle Sette Chiese. 25 amazing Street Chefs aboard their FoodTrucks, ApeCars and Kitchen Stands will challenge each other between fires and pans creating tasty gourmet recipes.
The Street Chefs will showcase recipes from different Italian regions, but also from foreign cuisines: Hamburger di Chianina goumet; Frayed Scottona; Sheep and beef skewers; Potato twister with various toppings; Cooked fried fish, sandwiches with tuna and swordfish and much more. From foreign cuisine it will be: from Spain the real Valencian Paella cooked in the traditional pan and artisan sangria, from Mexico nachos, burritos, tacos and margaritas, from the USA the legendary hamburgers and a mountain of fried and potato chips.
For lovers of sweet, artisanal ice cream, hot bombs and doughnuts, espresso tiramisu, baked and stuffed pasta at the moment, Maritozzi with cream. Not only street food, during these 4 days, but also the company of CIRCUS VILLAGE, which with its artists of street and circus, will amaze you with many shows and performances. 150 seats, plenty of umbrellas for everyone, and music will create a relaxing and fun atmosphere in one of the most beautiful and historic districts of Rome. Experience 4 days of healthy fun at a festival dedicated for everyone, young and old.
