For all those who are interested in their body, health and spirit, the FREE SPIRIT HOLISTIC FESTIVAL is coming, and will give you a day of rest, relaxation, treatments and much more!

A day dedicated to spiritual healing and meditation practices, discovering an alternative culture through seminars, experiential workshops and activities together, art exhibition, performance and music! You will find areas dedicated to workshops, insights and practice of all the topics we will deal with, Nutrition and Wellness, Nature, Meditations, Dance Therapy, Oriental Medicine Techniques, Spirituality, Shamanism, Healing Therapy.

Many craft, artistic and holistic stands that you will find in the dedicated market area, enriched by performances and workshops for adults and children that will also take place in the open air spaces during the day and evening hours.

You will also find in the SOUL internal area all the individual holistic professionals for group and individual energy therapies, energy rebalancing treatments, chakra harmonization, dances and music therapy, sound vortex, mantras and vibrational sound baths.

ANIMALIST, CULTURAL AND ONLUS ASSOCIATIONS SPACE
There will also be many associations in favor of the themes and culture that we will cover, from associations of holistic disciplines, dance, oriental disciplines, ecology, animal protection, land, reforestation, social projects.

COLLECTION OF FOOD AND GOODS OF NEED FOR SHELTERS:
We are organizing a collection of food and necessities for animal shelters in the area. You will find a desk dedicated to the entrance to our area.

– Entering from via di Monte Testaccio, pass the Casa della Pace and the iron gate, turn right, last module on the right
– Entering the Macro pass the CAE bar and turn left, last module at the bottom
– Entering from Lungo Tevere Testaccio, continue straight past the bar, last module at the bottom

Tram – 3 (Marmorata / Galvani stop)
Bus:
719 (Galvani / Zabaglia stop)
170 – 781 (L.go Marzi stop)
From Termini Station:
Take metro B (direction Laurentina) or metro B1 (direction Laurentina) for 4 stops and get off at Piramide, go to Cave Ardeatine (MB) stop, take line 719 (direction Candoni / remessa Atac) for 3 stops. Get off at the Galvani / Zabaglia stop.
Or From Piazza dei Cinquecento (in front of the station) take line 75 (direction Poerio / Marino) for 14 stops and get off at the Marmorata / Galvani stop.
Or take line 170 (towards Agriculture) for 13 stops and get off at the L.go Marzi stop.
