Free Spirit Festival in Rome is here again! Three days dedicated to art, culture, music, natural food, ideologies and spiritual meditation practices, crafts, organic productions, discovering an alternative culture in a day of seminars and activities together, art exhibition, performance and music! You will find areas dedicated to workshops, insights and practice of all the topics we will deal with, Nutrition and Wellness, Ecology, Nature, Meditations, Dance Therapy, Oriental Medicine Techniques, Spirituality, Shamanism, Healing Therapy, Vegan and Fructarian Nutrition, Recycling and KM Production Zero.

Many craft, artistic and holistic stands that you will find in the dedicated market area, enriched by performances and workshops for adults and children that will also take place in the open-air spaces during the day and evening hours.
SPACE FOR HOLISTIC TREATMENTS
You will also find in the SOUL area all the individual holistic professionals for group and individual energy therapies, energy rebalancing treatments, chakra harmonization, dances and music therapy, sound vortex, mantras and vibrational sound baths.
ANIMALIST, CULTURAL AND ONLUS ASSOCIATIONS SPACE
There will also be many associations in favor of the themes and culture we will cover, from holistic disciplines, dance, oriental disciplines, ecology, animal protection, land, reforestation, social projects.
COLLECTION OF FOOD AND GOODS OF NEED FOR REFUGE:
We are organizing a collection of food and necessities for animal shelters in the area. You will find a desk dedicated to the entrance to our area.

2- Bring lawn towels and yoga mats for activities
3- Dogs can enter but strictly on a leash
