A party full of flavors and smells of Roman cuisine is back in Rome. A festival entirely dedicated to cooking, the real, traditional and popular one! A tribute to the typical dishes with a unique and unmistakable flavor appreciated all over the world. It will be a challenge to the last Carbonara! Our cooks and chefs will face each other with: carbonara, pasta and beans, offal, lamb and many others.
You can also expect desserts like tiramisu in different variations: from classic to coffee cream, from stracciatella to strawberries, or oreo, baiocchi, nutella, mojito and mocaccino. Everything will be cooked on the spot, espresso, instantly in our open kitchens. Almost 1000 seats are available, but reservations are required. Don’t miss this festival, where the whole family will have fun.
