🍝 Amatriciana and Carbonara Festival: a culinary feast celebrating two iconic dishes famous all over the world! 🍝

Two weekends to appreciate and celebrate the richness of Roman cuisine and a unique opportunity to meet people passionate about food and tradition.
We have invited the best realities of the Capitoline restaurant industry, selected quality raw materials to give you an unrepeatable experience of taste and fun.

Let yourself be surprised by the creativity of the chefs and find your favorite recipe among traditional and more innovative versions.

How it works:

Free admission
All proposals will be available for purchase via tokens.
1 token = 2€
To eat and drink, purchase tokens at the dedicated tills on floor 2.

The event is itinerant, there are no fixed places at the tables but only support points.
Tokens are non-refundable.

– Amatriciana makiroll: sushi rice, rice vinegar, soy sheet, bacon, peeled tomatoes, guanciale, white wine, evo oil, pecorino and pepper | 3 tokens
The four-hour cooking time of the sauce is just one of the secrets of makiroll all’amatriciana, cooked with the most traditional of recipes. The flavors of home find new forms, let yourself be surprised!
