TTS Street Food

From 21 to 24 July, the TTSFood fleet will land in Fiumicino. A city on the Latium coast famous for its history and culture, excellent restaurants, virtuoso ice cream parlours, fishermen with experience handed down from father to son, and much more…

For the first time the Typical Truck Street Food format will bring 20 street chefs to the heart of the Darsena. Positioned in a semi-circle, overlooking the sea, in the shade of the boats, they will compete between pans and cookers.

For four days Fiumicino will become the capital of street food, where Fiumicino’s largest “on the road” restaurant under the stars will be set up.

An opportunity not to be missed for a pleasant stroll in search of the most interesting dish. Relaxation and the smell of the sea, comfortably seated at the tables provided, lights and colours in a location that will offer moments of light-heartedness and well-being. Music and lighting design will create a unique atmosphere where the watchwords will be good food and healthy fun.

The village will open at 5 p.m. to start with excellent aperitifs, spritz, mojitos and cuba libre accompanied by great music and hot fried food.

What will you find?
The street-chefs, will offer recipes from different Italian regions, but also foreign cuisines: Hamburger goumet (Dry Aged); sandwiches with filleted Scottona cooked 24 hours at low temperature; Cartocci of fried fish, sandwiches with tuna, salmon and swordfish. From Abruzzo, barbecued sheep arrosticini. From Puglia, bombette di Cisternino, puccia with roast octopus and burrata, freshly baked Bari focaccia. From Rome, the legendary carciofo alla giudia and his majesty the porchetta, but in a gourmet version. From the Marche, olives and cremini ascolani. From Sicily, cannoli, arancine, pane e panelle, sfincione, pane ca meusa and sausage from Catania; A new version of fried pizza with meatballs in sauce, chicken and peppers, broccoletti and sausage and many other versions, even sweet.

World Cuisines
The international offerings on our menu may really surprise you! Like in real American steak houses, you can enjoy a slow smoked BBQ with pork ribs, chicken wings, pulled pork and much more. From Mexico, nachos, burritos, tacos and margaritas. From Vietnam, we bring true Vietnamese street food with padthai, bùn xào, gyoza, gàchiên, gỏicuốn, tômchiên. Then on to Spain, savouring the real Paella Valenciana, cooked in traditional frying pans, accompanied by artisanal sangria. From Brazil burgers and barbecued Picanha swords accompanied by original sauces.

For dessert lovers
For the sweet tooth, hot bombs and doughnuts, espresso tiramisu, freshly baked and filled pastries, maritozzi with cream, home-made cheesecake and pistachio delights. Sicilian cannoli and cremolates and many other sweet surprises.


What to drink?
Exclusively for TTS Food, from the oldest Bavarian craft brewery comes Landshuter Brauhaus’s signature beer, unfiltered raw beer, a true excellence.
In addition, the Bollicine chiringuito will offer excellent aperitifs based on prosecco, fruit and excellent summer cocktails. Chilled Vermentino, but also full-bodied reds and bubbles.

An atmosphere coloured by a thousand lights, plays of light and music in which to taste our excellence ‘on the road’ in perfect TTSFood style!

It will be four days of healthy fun, a festival dedicated to everyone, young and old… and above all excellent street food.
