TTS Street Food – San Lorenzo. Spring is already in full swing and this should be celebrated! That’s why TTS Street Food is coming to the San Lorenzo district to celebrate the pleasant weather and the beautiful colours of spring together. Bring your family and friends and enjoy great food, beer and drinks.

From April 22 to 25, Piazzale del Verano will be the setting for one of the most famous street food events in Italy, an event dedicated to entertainment, fun and above all taste!

A four-day event dedicated to the best food on the road, prepared expressly by a brigade of carefully selected Street Chefs. We will be taking to the streets with dishes that are symbolic of our tradition, covering the whole of Italy, right up to the other side of the ocean, with international dishes that are not to be missed. From sweet and savoury delights to suit all tastes, to tasty starters and fried food of all kinds.

The appointment is set in Piazzale del Verano from April 22 to 25, for a gastronomic journey that will pamper even the most demanding palates, full of surprises and real explosions of taste, including gluten free and veg.

WHAT WILL YOU FIND?

Our trucks will be churning out delicacies of all kinds such as sandwiches stuffed with fish delicacies, roast octopus, cod and veg alternatives. From Sicily, cannoli, arancine, pane e panelle, sfincione, pane ca meusa, pistachio cream and cassatine. In Puglia, there are the authentic bombette di Cisternino, cooked on the spit over the embers, puccia stuffed, panzerotti and home-made focaccia barese.
Moving up the peninsula, we arrive in the Marche region, with Ascoli olives and Ascoli cremini; passing through Abruzzo, tasting the real arrosticini of sheep and beef.

And then back to Lazio, with local delicacies such as the legendary carciofo alla giudia, tonnarello cacio e pepe, and many varieties of express supplì such as gricia, broccoli and sausage; not forgetting his majesty the porchetta, but in a gourmet version.

And what if we wanted to go outside Italy?
The international dishes on our menu could really surprise you: Chianina burgers and filleted pork. There’s also slow smoked BBQ with pork ribs, chicken wings, pulled pork and much more.
From Mexico, nachos, burritos, tacos and margaritas; while from Vietnam, we bring you authentic Vietnamese street food with padthai, bùn xào, gyoza, gàchiên, gỏicuốn, tômchiên.
And then, back in Spain, you’ll be able to savour the real Paella Valenciana, cooked in traditional pans, and homemade sangria.

For dessert lovers, hot bombs and doughnuts, express tiramisu, pastries baked and filled at the moment, maritozzi with cream. Messina almond paste and many other sweet surprises.
Exclusively for TTS Food, from the oldest Bavarian craft brewery comes the Landshuter Brauhaus beer, unfiltered raw beer, a true excellence.

The days are getting longer and if you want to enjoy an aperitif in the open air, you can’t miss Bollicine, a chiringuito offering excellent cocktails for all tastes!
You will be welcomed by music and games of light, illuminated shows with suggestive colours, to give you an experience not only of good food: it will be a real party under the stars.
