Family Running Race

A relaxed, family-friendly running event where both children and adults can take part: the Újbuda Family Running Event invites everyone to enjoy an active morning outdoors. The event is organized by the Összefogás XI. Sport Association.

The race takes place at the Dzsungel Park, with different age groups competing in separate categories. Every child who reaches the finish line receives a medal, and podium results are announced by age group and gender.

The program starts with a group warm-up, followed by continuous races throughout the day:

Kindergarten races (from 11:00):

youngest group
middle group
oldest group

After these races, there will be an immediate award ceremony and certificate distribution.

School and adult races:

grades 1–2
grades 3–4
grades 5–6
grades 7–8
older participants and adults

Races will start continuously, followed by award ceremonies after each category.

Race numbers can be collected and on-site registration is available from 9:45. The first race begins at 11:00 after the warm-up.

Participation is free, and those who register in advance will receive a small gift at the event.

For environmental reasons, participants are asked to bring their own bottle or cup.
