A GRUND – comedy theatre boys’ orchestra concert

If you’ve been part of the music scene in recent years, or even attended a few local festivals, then you may be familiar with the name of the band GRUND. This time the boy band of the Vígszínház will give an open-air concert in Budapest Park. If you’re curious to see how theatrical talents hold their own at a musical concert, you can visit their concert in the Park on 30 June.

GRUND – the boys’ orchestra of the Comedy Theatre was founded in 2017, its members are all members of the cast of the comedy play “The Boys of Pál Street”, the premiere of the hit musical play “The Boys of Pál Street” by László Dés László – Péter Geszti – Krisztián Grecsó.
The versatile theatre stars – József Wunderlich, Márk Ember, Áron Zoltán, Balázs Medveczky and the orchestra leader Béla Fesztbaum – are thus showing a new side of themselves on stage. Their repertoire includes songs from The Pál Street Boys, several legendary comedy hits, well-known Presser songs and, of course, some favourites from the world of classic rock, both at home and abroad, from Elvis Presley and The Illés to Bryan Adams, The Rolling Stones and Coldplay.
