Generali Night Run

Experience one of Budapest’s most spectacular running events at the GENERALI Night Run Budapest on August 29, 2026. Runners are invited to enjoy an unforgettable evening race through the beautifully illuminated Hungarian capital, passing some of the city’s most iconic landmarks while taking in the unique atmosphere of Budapest after dark.

Participants will receive a MIZUNO technical running shirt in the premium race package, while every finisher will be rewarded with a beautifully designed commemorative medal at the finish line. Along the course, BioTechUSA refreshment stations, live music, and impressive visual effects create an exciting and energetic race experience.

Runners can choose from four race distances, and the half marathon can also be completed as a relay, making the event suitable for both experienced runners and those looking for a fun challenge with friends.

The scenic route takes participants across the historic Chain Bridge, through the Castle Hill Tunnel, and around the magnificent Buda Castle. The race village, as well as the start and finish areas, are located along the picturesque Műegyetem Embankment, while runners can also enjoy breathtaking views of the illuminated Hungarian Parliament, one of Budapest’s most iconic landmarks.
