More than 20 years have passed since Baz Luhrman’s Oscar-winning film Moulin Rouge! stunned the world. Since then, the musical version has conquered both New York and London and now it is finally coming to Sweden.
China Teatern in Stockholm is doing its most spectacular and lavish performance ever as the theater is transformed into the mythical Moulin Rouge nightclub in Paris.
The audience is invited to become part of 1890s Paris and the romantic and vibrant era known as La Belle Époque. Moulin Rouge! The Musical is one of those shows where afterwards you say: I was there!
Prices: 395 kr – 1395 kr
Performances are played until March 23, 2024.
Length of performance: about 2.5 hours including a 25 minute intermission.
Age limit: Recommended from 13 years.
Children under 13 are welcome in the company of a parent.
Important information: Loud noise and bright flashing lights are present in the performance.
