Fools Gold Festival

Fools Gold is a festival and market for independent culture which have been held late August in Tantolunden since 2018.

On August 24th 2024 they’re back, in the same spot as in 2023, the part of the park closer to Hornstull.

Acts from some of the most exciting Swedish indie labels around will perform live and even more labels will sell their vinyls, cassettes and more throughout the day just like previous years. This year’s market will also feature independent fanzines. Just like previous years it’s free entry and open for all ages.

Mackverket & Pizza Piccola Napoli food trucks, vegan and vegetarian options available.

Afterparty (18+)

After the festival in Tanto we continue the fun at Debaser Strand, just a couple of hundred meters away from Tanto. Sudakistan, Guds Pengar and Boy With Apple will play live and there will be DJs before, inbetween and after the shows.

LAVA

Kulturhuset LAVA, Stockholm House of Culture & City Theatre’s youth department, will give everyone the possibility to make your own pins.

Market

This year’s market will include both independent labels and fanzines. Participating labels 2024 will be confirmed closer to the festival. Previous years participants include Adrian, Birds, Ella Ruth Institutet, Fading Trails, Fanfar!, Gaphals, Gorilla City, Happiest Place, Kapish, Lazy Octopus, Maternal Voice, Novoton, Pajazzo, PNKSLM, Rama Lama, Septembernatt, Startracks, Strangers Candy, Svart Kaffe, VÅRØ, Welfare and Widsith.
