At the top of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, you will find one of the best free viewpoints in Paris. From the 8th-floor terrace, you can admire the city’s rooftops with views towards the Eiffel Tower, Sacré-Cœur and Opéra Garnier. The rooftop is also a great place to appreciate the architecture of the surrounding neighborhood and Paris’s famous zinc rooftops.
Our favorite time: arrive about an hour before sunset to enjoy the golden light and watch the city gradually light up.
