Berlin Science Week

Berlin Science Week is a ten-day international science festival taking place in Berlin from November 1st to 10th.

The event brings together representatives from the fields of science, art, politics, business, and society, providing a platform for public discourse on current research topics. Under this year’s theme, “In Touch,” Berlin Science Week focuses on the human side of science.

Events are held at various locations across Berlin, including universities (such as FU Berlin and TU Berlin), research institutes, museums, and cultural venues. The festival hub at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW) will be open for three days, from November 6th to 8th, 2026.

The program is organized into various thematic tracks covering subjects such as artificial intelligence, climate change, space exploration, medicine, and the intersection of science and art. The program is available in both German and English.
